It is a unique collection of eight interconnected and adjoining civic buildings, offering a rare and significant repurposing opportunity in the heart of the CBD.
The Department of Treasury and Finance is the current custodian of the site. It has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to investigate options to repurpose the site so that the eventual outcome of the process meets the government's and the community's expectations.
The department wants to engage with interested stakeholders who will be able to provide feedback in several ways, including via email direct to engagement@corcomms.com.au
Information gathered will be summarised and provided to Cushman & Wakefield for consideration within the recommended options.
All interested proponents are encouraged to participate in this process by sharing their ideas or exploring potential opportunities to contribute to the site’s future.
