Project Data Room
The EOI process has an online Data Room for interested Proponents to access additional information pertinent to the repurposing opportunity.
To access the Data Room:
- Send an email to Cushman & Wakefield at tasttreasurycomplex@cushwake.com requesting Data Room access outlining: name, entity (if appropriate), email address, phone number
- Cushman & Wakefield will provide interested Proponents with a Confidentiality Deed Poll for execution
- Return the fully executed Confidentiality Deed Poll to Cushman & Wakefield at tasttreasurycomplex@cushwake.com
- Cushman & Wakefield will provide log-in details to access the information within the Data Room which will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Confidentiality Deed Poll
